![]() ![]() ![]() I don't really understand why you keep going on about parking on the curbs when there is no other parking available. Perhaps you have an issue with reading comprehension, but I have stated more than once in this thread that my problem is with people who choose to park at the curb when there are plenty of other spaces available. What you have described is completely different from what I repeatedly stated. How do I know what the situation is after 7, you ask? Because there are days when I arrive to the lot at or after 7. They are probably just like you - but from the opposite end of things: Unwilling to try to understand and empathize with people and only willing to consider themsleves and their own feelings.Just a guess. Some are parking on the curbs when there are legitimate open spots visible only a few feet away! Add to that the jackass who is parking his car in the section marked for vans - and he's parking DIRECTLY in front of the big sign that says VAN PARKING ONLY. I'm getting angrier and angrier every day about the lazy, entitled jerks who are parking along the curbs right next to the lines instead of taking their lazy, entitled butts to the third lot or elsewhere. a safe place for moms to have fun, LOL, & connect with other moms! But I am willing to wager that you may not have lots of people who agree with you.īy the way - If you are in line 6:30 a.m., how do you know what the situation is after 7? Just curious. I ended up on the endcap out of desperation.Īre you willing to call me a self-entitled jerk? maybe. After awhile I realized that THE last bus was on its way. I missed one bus while I was driving around. At that time of day the buses come very infrequently. I drove around the lot for several minutes looking for a space to park.any space. Anyway - he had to leave very early so I ended up on morning kid duty. My husband usually does that & it isn't an issue for him because he drives all the way into DC for work. This is because I had to stay with my child that morning. On the day I received a ticket, I arrived at the lot ~ 7:20 a.m. I am not willing to call them names however, I will share my story: They bypass marked spaces to park closer to the bus stops & slug lines. I notice that on Mondays & Fridays when parking spaces don't usually run out, some people take the easy way out & park illegally. Message Board - Curb side parking at Horner Road
